This Privacy Policy explains how Stream ("Stream", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Account information: email address, display name, and password (stored as a secure hash), or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
Usage data: which dramas and episodes you view, watch progress, your reading/watch history, follows, and search queries within the app.
Purchase data: records of coin purchases and subscription transactions, processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google Play.
Rewarded ad activity: confirmation that a rewarded advertisement was completed, used to credit your account with coins.
Device and diagnostic information: device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and general usage analytics.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including account authentication and content playback.
To process purchases and subscriptions and grant the corresponding entitlements (coins, VIP access).
To grant coin rewards after a verified rewarded advertisement view.
To personalize your experience, such as remembering watch progress and your followed dramas.
To maintain the security and integrity of the Service, including rate-limiting abuse and detecting fraud.
To diagnose and fix technical issues.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each of which may process data under its own privacy policy:

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can review and update your account information within the app's Profile section.
You can request a copy of your data or request that we delete your account and data by emailing us.
You can manage ad personalization through your device's Android advertising settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Stream is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
